Frequently asked questions
Is this the government?
No. We're an independent service that reads the public SAM.gov listings and sends you the ones that match. You bid directly with the agency, and we never take a cut.
What's the difference between Alerts and Pro?
Alerts ($5/month) covers one trade in up to 3 states. Pro ($25/month) covers all 50 states plus priority support, the member dashboard (saved searches and a bid tracker) and drafting tools for capability statements, cover letters and questions to the contracting officer.
How do I cancel?
Use the "Manage or cancel" link at the bottom of any email or this site. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
When do the emails arrive?
Each weekday morning, right after we check SAM.gov. If nothing new posted for your trade and states, we don't email you.
Can I get more than one trade?
Yes. Each trade is its own subscription, on whichever plan you like.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Monthly, no setup fee, cancel anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If something went wrong, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it.
Do I need to be registered in SAM.gov?
To win a federal contract, yes (it's free). You can start getting alerts first and register while you look at what's out there. Our guide walks you through it.
How do I change my states?
Reply to any alert email with the states you want and we'll update it.
Which bids count for my states?
Bids whose place of performance is in your states, plus bids that don't list a location (often remote, nationwide or multi-site work), so you never miss those. Bids in your states are listed first.
Where does the data come from?
SAM.gov's official public opportunities feed, the same listings contracting officers post. Always read the full notice on SAM.gov before bidding.
